Juliette de Massy

Soprano

Having begun her training with Maurice Bourbon, Juliette graduated from the CRR of Lille and the Guildhall School of Music in London where she studied with Susan Mc Culloch and Eugene Asti among others. Supported as a young talent by the AnBer Foundation, she participated in various masterclasses with Udo Reinemann, Guy Flechter, Malcolm King, Tom Krause and Sandrine Piau, and worked on the baroque repertoire with many masters, such as Howard Crook, Noemi Rime, Bruno Boterf and Emma Kirkby.

A partner of the organist André Isoir, she now works regularly with Pierre Farago. She is a soloist in various ensembles such as "Métamorphoses" of the Chapelle des Flandres directed by Maurice Bourbon, with whom she is pursuing the recording of the complete masses of Josquin Desprez - Sagittarius, directed by Michel Laplénie or the ensemble Links en musique contemporaine. Juliette also sings under the direction of conductors such as Bruno Boterf, J.-C. Malgoire, J.-Y. Ossonce, V. Fayet or Mathieu Romano.

Passionate and curious about all repertoires, Juliette multiplies her musical experiences. This is how she gives numerous recitals and forms strong musical partnerships with different pianists (notably Samuel Boré and Nejc Lavrencic), chamber music ensembles or artists from other worlds (dancers and visual artists). In opera, her roles range from baroque to contemporary.
