YAYA PIANO SCHOOL
The pleasure of excellence
Lydia Jardon, international pianist, accompanies your musical project
The YAYA piano school was born 10 years ago in the mind of Lydia Jardon, when she was teaching very young children of Chinese origin.
Lydia Jardon's pedagogy resonates with her own approach to piano learning, which requires seriousness, patience and consistency, and is in keeping with the demanding and hard-working culture of China, a country with thousands of years of tradition. Thanks to the passionate and assiduous involvement of her students, as well as the unfailing support of their parents, Lydia cultivates pleasure in effort, and obtains exceptional results from the first weeks.
The art of the piano as I see it, is the most structuring art in the construction and the self-esteem.
In their lives, all of my students will have to express themselves on academic or professional tests. By learning to play the piano, I prepare them to cope with stress and to acquire a flawless memory. From a very young age, students are guided to achieve a defined goal. They learn by persevering to surpass themselves, to transform each obstacle into success, into joy, and then into greater self-confidence.
Through my deep interest in my student, my main mission is to help them find their own way. My philosophy is closely related to the Dao (道), the Way, whose thought has profoundly marked the history of China. It is this Way that my student will know how to pursue alone later. With kindness and humanity, together we obtain results beyond all expectations
We invite each student to explore the unsuspected extent of his or her potential and discover all that he or she is capable of. We invite each student to explore the unsuspected extent of his or her potential and thus discover all that he or she is capable of.
Our priority is to teach our students how to work in a structured and efficient way, so that they can quickly see the results of their work and derive immediate satisfaction. Preserving the pleasure of our students is to guarantee them a constantly renewed motivation for a serene learning process.
We encourage our students to work on a regular basis, every day, to acquire a musical, mechanical and technical mastery that will make them, with patience, exceptional amateur or professional pianists.
